I just wanted to thank you for your wonderful new book. I am one of those who ticked many of the boxes in the questionnaire at the beginning of the book. You have inspired me to totally revamp my diet in a way that is manageable and not guilt-ridden, if I fall short. The analogy of the sports team is just perfect and makes it very easy to strive towards and achieve. Being a mother of young children and a student I tend to put my nutritional needs last but have noticed that I’m suffering with low energy levels and lacklustre skin as a result.
